Define the school fees that invoices are generated from.
Fees define what students are charged. Invoices are created from fees, so setting these up correctly is the foundation of billing.
Kinds of fee
- One-off: a single charge, such as a registration fee.
- Periodic: a recurring charge, such as monthly or per-term tuition.
From fees to invoices
Once fees are defined, EasyClass uses them to generate invoices, which can then be paid online or recorded as payments.
